What if I need to make updates to my order?
Once your order has shipped,Ā we're unableĀ to modify shipping informationĀ (incorrectĀ address / upgrade shipping options) or add/remove items.
If you've made a mistake,Ā Ā email us withinĀ anĀ hour of placing your orderĀ Ā so we can make any updates before it's too late.
If you email us after that window, we canā€™t guarantee weā€™ll be able to make any changes (but weā€™ll certainly try!) andĀ Ā you may be charged a $20 redelivery fee.
Do you ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers?
WeĀ partner with local postal services in the United States and Australia to support delivery to PO boxes, parcel lockers, and APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, weā€™re unable to deliver to these private addresses outside of the United States and Australia.
